With the Hotsoft online CRS developed by Datamate in place, we have been able to make optimum use of our resources and significantly improve the productivity of our organization. We are extremely grateful to Datamate, who made it possible. I am more than pleased with the level of bookings received to date through online CRS and most of them are new business. The system generated scheduled reports which we used to get from Datamate in the form of email and SMS is of great use as far as top Management is concerned by which we are always updated with the daily bookings status of our entire properties.
